Game doesn't explain how to go prone just press C to crouch, accidentally went prone when alt+tabbing to find it out and got stuck inside a wall.

Edit: Turns out it's a bug that the barbed wire can spawn inside the ground, restarted the game and it was high enough to crouch under.
