The game has launched on Sept 21st. It's not 4 days later and the servers are still having issues. The game has been essentially unplayable more often this it's been playable for my time frame of being able to play. The game has less features than Payday 2.
-There is no in game VOIP
-There is no offline mode
-There is no way to queue for specific silent/loud missions.
-There's a lack of preplanning that existed in PD2.
-While the level design was fun in the short playtime I had, the game is still very buggy and certain mechanics aren't working as intended already. Example is the map Rock the Cradle. Extremely fun map but the vip cards weren't able to be accessed multiple times, Then the bouncer wouldn't accept the VIP cards when presented them. 2 huge flaws that made playing an extremely fun map frustrating.
-The games official twitter account at this point is a live status of the servers and they're mostly, "Our team is investigating the issues with matchmaking".
-In the live stream before the game, when others brought up no offline mode and what happens if the servers fail, the face of the game stated "The servers won't go down". They've been down for 4 straight days and counting.

Currently have a ticket for refund for all the reasons above. This release is actually a worse rendition of it's predecessor in almost every way. Extremely disappointing as I really wanted to love this game and eagerly awaited it's release.
