It's hard to say anything about this game that hasn't been said before... Anyways, game is simply amazing and is easily the best game of the Marvel versus series.


Being a fully 3d game, Crapcom couldn't reuse the same old sprites they did in Marvel 2, so they started from scratch. This time they added some of the best character from their well know franchises, such as Resident Evil chars, like Nemesis and Jill and a few from Devil May Cry, like Dante and Vergil. And boy, how cool is to see the Dante vs Vergil showdown in a fighting game! This version of the game also comes with some outfit DLCs, like the Cyber Akuma and a few other cool ones.


Now, the gameplay of the game is quite hard to describe... At first glance it looks extremely chaotic, with the screen being fulled with bright colored stuff and the life bars being rapidily depleted. But after a few hours spent in the training mode, things start to get clear. Characters usually have long combos, in which you have to press a rapid sequence of buttons, like A->B->C and then you proceed into a laucher and then for an air combo. Special moves, such as fireballs and anti airs are used mainly for zoning and the overall gameplay is extremely fastpaced and brutal: if you meet an experienced player online, you might get hit by one or two 100% combos and be completely wrecked.


This is the only bad thing I can say about this game: the learning curve is kinda high and the game was released only now on Steam, so online matches are extremely unfair for beginers, as some people have been playing this game on consoles since day 1 and you will meet those people online and get wrecked.

Postal was a cult and controversial game released in the 90ies.
The controversy spins around the fact that in the game you play the role of a mad man, known only as “postal dude”, who basically goes into a rampage, killing everyone around him based only on his own delirious ideas of “purifying the Earth” or something. Another controversy is that the game hints a few references to some macabre school shootings that happend by the time of the game’s release in the 90ies.


The game is an isometric shooter, where you move your character around the evironment while trying to aim and shoot everyone on sight. Scattered around the corners you will find new weapons, ammo and a few power ups that will help you in your journey of insane murder. You will be running around towns, parks and a other populated areas, all filled with random “innocent” people and also hostile ones, like cops, rangers, soldiers and other agents of the law trying to stop you. Kill 90% of the hostiles and you can move to the next level.


This version has a LOT of improvements to add, starting with the controls, which are much, much better now. The combination mouse+keyboard has now a very fluid gameplay, with resposive controls, unlike the 90ies version, where controls were clunky AF. Also, all the DLCs were added and a few more singleplayer modes were add too, making the game much larger and potentially replayable. There are also a few easter eggs, like some references and modes related to other games, such as Hatred and Such.

Good fighter overall, but not too appealing to me.


This is the best part of the game. The game runs in a 3d engine, but somehow, I guess it was through cell shading or something, it pretty much looks like an enhanced version of the 2d cartoon/anime style the previous guilty gear installments had. It's really revolutionary from my point of view: a game that is made in 3d but manages to look just like 2d anime. At first, you only notice it's 3d when you win a round and the camera spins around you and your opponent, displaying the final blow. Oh, if only game series like KOF could follow this art direction instead of those horrendous PS2 graphics...


Gameplay is kinda based on the Marvel vs Capcom series: most characters have A->B->C combos that end into a special move like a fireball or something. There are also longer combos with aerial launchers but I didn't dive that much into the guilty gear combo system to pull off those easily (on a side note: I hate tutorials!). Overall, the gameplay seems to be much deeper that the typical anime fighter and it requires hours spent on the training mode to able to achieve a decent level with a particular character.


I don't have much to say about the story, it just sounded like some weird weeaboo bullcrap full of weird names and cross references. Fortunately, you dont need to know anything about the story whatsoever to start punching faces and throwing fireballs on the arcade mode.

Amazing dark cartoonish storytelling game!


The Wolf Among Us is a kind of a mix between an interactive story and a videogame. The whole story is somehow difficult to explain, but its set up in a fictional New York where the character from the Brothers Grimm fairy tails have migrated seeking refuge. The main protagonist is Bigby Wolf, who once was the Big Bad Wolf from the fairytails, but now he tries to be the good guy working as a sheriff in this town. Things start to get scarier as some members of the community start to get murdered for unknown reasons and this threat might even reach Bigbys close ones, such as his collegue and love interest Snow White.


The gameplay is divided in three main sections: exploration; where you investigate places looking for clues; dialogues, where you choose from usualy four options to set the pace of the conversation; and quick time events, which take place in most action scenes. Now, I really dont like quick times events, but there is usually only one or two action scenes per chapter, so it didn't spoil my experience.


Overall, I really enjoyed this game, it was really great and deep, made me feel chills over my spine quite a few times, the story is rich but easy to catch and the character Bigby is very well build, with his contraditions of being the Big Bad Wolf turned into a law agent. I strongly recommend this game. Just wish it would be longer...

Its written "SEASONS PASS" with all the leters, but it has only the 6 chars and an additional useless outfit. Other than that, Crapcom has realeased various additional stages and cool outfits for the game and if you bought the SEASONS PASS like I did, you still have to buy all this shɪt on the store through the infamous MICROTRANSACTIONS, which are the bane of the game industry today.

Sumarizing: its NOT a SEASONS PASS, its a CHARACTERS PASS, dont be fooled by Crapcom like I was.

Skullgirls is a cartoonish 2d fighting game


The art in this game is simply amazing! Its a mix between old comics and morbid stuff, something from Mickey Mouse, Betty Boop and so on, all put up for fighting.


The game itself plays very much like Marvel Versus Capcom: you pick up a team of up to 3 chars and beat down the opponent. You can do simple combos like weak> medium > strong > special move, just like in MvsC. Its a very combo heavy game and there is little space for zoning, unlike games such as street fighter.

-simplified mechanics such as jump kick
-simplifications didnt bring new player in as expected and alienated old players
-Completely unbalanced v-trigger system
-Excessive amount of comeback mechanics hand helding the player.
-Every comeback looks fake because because the game is actively helping the player
-Only a small handfull of top tier characters are viable at a high level
-game has like 50 characters but only 5 -7 are tourney viable

Dont waste your time and money on this game, buy Mortal Kombat 11 or Tekken 7 instead

Simply one of the best games Ive ever played in my life. A priceless experience.


It all starts out pretty generic with you being Max Caulfield, the random nerdy loser school arts girl, when, suddenly, you realize you have the power to manipulate time. The story goes one and you get involved with the various characters that inhabit the games universe, each one with his/her unique personality. You end up making friends and enemies and traveling through various time possibilities as you try to do the best for the people you love, mainly your best friend, Chloe. The story unfolds a sinister plot that releates strange events of the city with some kind of psychopath, which totally changes the happy tone of the first chapters, turning the game in some kind of sinister thriller.


There not much to be said here: its a story telling game, you dont win or lose, not even die, everytime some terrible action is about to happen you can use your rewind time ability to try to fix thing up. The game is more of an interactive story with exploration elements.

Slain is a 2d pixelized platformer, where you are Bathoryn, a bada$$ warrior who, armed with his sword, will demolish the helish forces that desolate his land.


The gameplay is of a basic platformer, like the old Castlevanias and Ghouls and Goblins. You can attack, jump, block and cast a few fireballs. Thats all.


The sound track is extremely bada$$, you have some epic metal along with some Diablo-esque string music, which gives it a great a atmosphere


The game is hard as hell. You gonna die a lot! Sometimes you will get completelly surround by enemies and get destroyed easily. Its not unusual to spend time dying just to figure out the enemy attack patterns and behaviour before moving on. Sometimes, especially in boss battles, the game demands you to be almost flawless, as Bathorynhas very little HP.

In this game you basicasilly is a a crazy taxi driver, who pick up random customers on the streets. The game is all cartoonish and fun, you can hit other cars and its ok, you must fun fast and when you perform stunt moves like crazy jumps the customers throw out money for you. You pick up one customer after another until the time runs out.

Its a simple and nostalgic arcade game, which I recommend for all the 90ties game fans
