Report a translation problem
1) Make friends. When you play again and play with nice, preferably competitent, players, send them friend requests. You can do this by going to your 'watch' tab on the main menu and then the 'your matches' tab. You can click on recent games, open the score bored, and pull up the steam profile of all 10 players. Having friends to play with is important because you have some experience with them and know that they do communicate. Also it makes it impossible to get vote kicked from a game for stupid reasons.
2) Learn how the cooldown system works. I made a guide that details it to the best of my knowledge. Too many people are ignorant of it and come to the forums to complain even though information on the system is easy to access and readily available. Don't be one of them.
