[Rage 2] 6.5/10

Would recommend at a cheaper price, around £30 ($40). [Worth buying on sale]

Rage 2 gets stupidly fun when you get over the pile of garbage that is the introduction to the game. The game tosses you straight into it with little time to adjust or get your bearings. The story is explained through a 3-4 minute long series of dialogue which is rather boring and un-skippable. Worse yet, that dialogue comes from a hologram that barely moves, so there aren't much moving parts. The game has an obnoxious amount of pop ups for tutorial messages that can not be disabled, which is slightly frustrating, as the game starts repeating itself with various currencies and pick ups.

The driving at first is abysmal, but you actually get used to it pretty fast. I imagine with a controller the driving would be way better, but because I used KB and M, the driving felt really sluggish.

Rage 2 has a pretty standard story, where nothing spectacular takes place around the world of the game. You go to said place, you kill mobs and then take down big boss. Nothing crazy. But what makes this game really fun, is how well the combat is developed. Your abilities can combo extremely well, and even on the hardest difficulty, if you scale your character right - you can become a one man tank that shreds through enemies like a knife through butter.

I really enjoy exploration styled games that allow you to go from place to place, clearing out dens and destroying bases. This game has that.

For me the story was way too short and overall - even though the price of this game is lower than other AAA games, I still think knocking off £10 to the original price is probably a good idea. With that being said, I will return to my game to 100% complete it on Hard.

Hope this helps :) - Would recommend for a cheaper price.

[One last thing, play the original Rage, its super cheap and pretty good]

Saw a Twitch streamer play this and I thought it looked pretty nifty. Decided to give it a try because £5 isnt much and whatever it might be a good game. The way this game plays out is actually fun, its got a unique feel to it, while being both difficult and fun at the same time.

I really hope the Dev develops this game a little bit more. Maybe add a map creation kit and leaderboards for Individual Levels. And then even go as far as to add longer and harder levels.

Only downside to this game is the last 4 levels seem to be really easy. Please add more Difficult levels.

I played Two worlds for hours, endlessly on my old Xbox 360 (yes i was a console scrub) and i remember the nostalgia coming back to me when i saw the Two worlds on the Steam marketplace recently, and i freaking love this game, i love how you are lept into action and to be honest the game isn't too difficult if you take your time and farm and level up your character. I love the open world in this game, and im one of those players who would easily take a good storyline and gameplay over graphics anyday, hense why i love Oblivion as welll. But the vast amount of missions and available armour sets and weapons lets you be as creative and unique as you want to be... forging a personal character that can KICK ASS

10/10 - IGn
