Dont get the complaints about stuttering. I meet it like once every 30 min. And its not like it breaks the game? Just play and dont complain about a day one stutter.

Edit: Also. Are you sure your pc is good enough for max settings? Have you even tried fiddling with it to make it not stutter?

Try no motion blur and no vsync.
Or try directx 11 instead
