It's somewhere between an RPG and a rogue-like and it's awesome

I'm blown away every time I log in - I can retrace my steps and find completely new paths and enemies, I can jump to distant areas and explore at leisure, avoid fights or engaging as I please. My first Souls game to play myself after watching cousins play the originals. Very approachable as a casual with a strong sense of accomplishment as you work through the world, grow stronger, and face frightening enemies.
