I bought this game because I had tried it out a little bit elsewhere and wanted to support because I love my harem games and monster girls. Everything was going so great with this game, and it was a lot of fun. Story and characters were going strong.

Then the first thing you realize is that the artwork just falls off, and generic enemies aren't very detailed at times, and then some characters are downright AI artwork (Which is not disclosed properly as Steam requires). The story seemed to be still be holding it up despite the artwork being all over the place at times. Then it felt like the story started to fall apart too, and I ended up just skipping text and finishing the game so I could move on.

Didn't even bother with the last 3 achievements, I was so disheartened by the end of this one due to the inconsistencies.

Really engaging story and nostalgic Suikoden like combat system, with some areas that need improvement. It truly feels like the Suikoden game I've been waiting for since II. Unfortunately some things need improvement. Cooking game and Beyblade knockoff feel more like a chore than any kind of fun activity. The game could also use a 2x or 4x speed option built in to the game to make getting around quicker than it is. It's 2024, this should be standard for newer J-RPGs, as some of us don't have the time we used to. Also there has been no update since May on where the rest of the Season Pass stuff is.

So if you can snag this game at a discount, definitely recommend... but at full price 7+ months later, it's not worth it.

Needed a relaxing game one night and this was perfect. Considering its not a huge map, it gives you enough to explore to make it feel bigger than it is. The gliding is a lot of fun as well and I enjoyed just kind of doing that at times to get a better look at the landscape. It's not a long game, but well worth the investment just for the smiles and relaxing time. Will revisit again one day to try and get all the achievements.

*Updated for 2023*

While I haven't played as much this year as the one friend I play with isn't available as much, I still have a blast during the little time I jump in. There is still a toxic player base, but I'm doing better at ignoring them... or at least trying lol. Still think its worth jumping in to if you love the game.

*Updated for end of 2019*

After not really enjoying the 2nd half of Season 5, Season 6 brought a lot of my passion (and rage) back to SMITE. I look forward to seeing what Season 7 brings. Had a lot of fun this year.

This game is always a love hate relationship, but even during the rage inducing times, I still come back. The game is really good, but it all depends on the randoms you get in your party at times. I wish Titan would do more to take action lately, but they haven't. At least they are still pumping out new content and skins. There are plenty of bugs and glitches still, but this will probably go down as my all time favorite multiplayer game. The amount of time I've played (even more than what Steam shows, as I had the stand alone plenty long prior), just goes to show that I can't seem to put this game down.

Overall TsukiWare's The Tower of Five Hearts was a fun time, that provided the distraction that was much needed. If you are looking for a game featuring cute animal girls romancing each other, this is the one for you. It isn't a long visual novel, and can be finished in five to ten hours depending on how quickly your read. Outside of the UI issues, it is definitely a pleasant and adorable experience that will surely bring a smile to your face when you romance the one girl you were yearning for.

Evenicle might be the best hentai role playing game I’ve played to date. It can easily stand alone without the adult content, as it has serious personality and heart. While the story won’t surprise you for the genre, it is still surprisingly strong and well told. You will surely find much to love about this game, whether it is the art, the combat, or the relationships between the characters. It is not often that the game itself outshines the sexual content so immensely. Evenicle is a treat that I can’t recommend enough for those looking for something that offers more of an adult flair with some gorgeous artwork.

Ys: Memories of Celceta is an excellent example of how a port from handheld to PC should look and feel. It provides an entertaining adventure filled with exciting combat, a fun cast, and intriguing lore.

This is a really fun visual novel that features some colorful characters and great artwork. The game is genuinely entertaining and funny, and the girls are all unique in their own way. Another thing I like is where each girl doesn't feel like a base model with simple changes. This is an issue with many East and West VNs. You can run through this game in just a few hours, and I felt like that was a good amount of time to spend in it. My only real complaints are lack of a gallery for the artwork scenes, and I wish the bad endings felt a little more fleshed out than re-hashing dates from other girls. Overall, I highly recommend this one, and if you want the goods, just get the patch... it's free. lol

Early Access Review
Honestly this game could be fun, but it is so poorly optimized that I had to use a 3rd party config files to try and help fix everything, but when the game updates I had to reinstall again, then again. Also it only makes improvements, and it still had some optimization problems. I just got tired of dealing with it. I don't think I spent any of the Lumena I had because I was so over this game after a couple weeks. There are better already free Korean MMOs that have much better optimization that this.

My feelings towards The House in Fata Morgana: The Requiem for Innocence is exactly how I felt about the first game. This is what visual novel perfection is. All the key components such as writing, audio, and visuals come together to pull you through a wide, and often extreme, range of emotions. This game is not for the faint of heart by any means, and is not afraid to show just how tragic reality can be for the lives of the characters. Even with that said, I loved how this series has made me feel those emotions it seeks to convey to the reader. At the end of the final story you get to bear witness to, I leaned back in my chair and closed my eyes and just listened to the music completely satisfied with the experience.
