Initially pre purchased this and have 0 regrets. Frontier is clearly going for it, with each new year installment being an actual upgrade to the previous (unlike some known EA franchise which I won't mention). Sad about the rumors of it not being continued in 2025 but I really think they were on the right path from a gameplay core pov.

Better than Battletech, set the new standard in this direction, love it, and that the devs are really loving and are pushing it even more. Innovative and cutting edge for an indie studio.

Set a standard for the idea and genre in the industry. Set the bar high for simulation, especially for motorsport fans.

I really tried to like it, and I really think Suspicious Devs were onto something with this one (many sales as well as many good reviews), but for me it just didn't hit. I was used to the freedom you had in heat signature (great game!) and good storytelling with bits of sarcasm from Gunpoint (as well as decent puzzles), that this game felt like a letdown for me. It looks great, it plays great, it just feels too scripted for me. Great that others like it tho.
