👃🎫🎍 Performance review for Drii 🌂👾🌳

Sometimes Drii needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. Tries to follow instructions but can sometimes miss a step or misinterpret what is required. Drii can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter. Always contributes vigorously to the efforts of the team, whether as a leader or a team member. Understands own weaknesses ond others’ strengths and goes to the right people for help. Sympathetically helps others to address their weaknesses.
