This is one of Valve's all time best works, Left 4 Dead 2 after what seems like ages is still one of the best shooters ever, solo it's already amazing but with a party of friends it just becomes a true masterpiece and masterclass in not only zombie shooters but just multiplayer shooters in general, jeez, no wonder it's been popular for so long!

Definitely one of the surprisingly best shmup type roguelikes that has come out recently, and although it has a few problems in my opinion, that quickly gets thrown out of the window once you notice IT'S FREE! This game has a lot going with it and I've got to say it has a lot of positives, although, it just never clicked that much with me even after all the years I've attempted it. I never play it and say that it wasn't fun, because it is, just not the most outstanding, although, it has a public, and high appeal, so far from a bad game, so if you love high octane rhythmic platformers, this is for you!

Definitely one of the most well known and older rogue likes, although nowadays it's somewhat overshadowed by it's sequel, classic Isaac is still one of the greatest rogue likes, there is no question this game has gotten as popular as it has back in the day, and even today it's still as fun as ever with it's simple but variety filled systems, and also, of course, great difficulty that really keeps you on your toes!

This game definitely puts the psychological part in psychological horror, it's a complete and utter mind♥♥♥♥ery adventure. Its really disturbing in all the right places, especially in disorienting you, you just never can be sure where things are supposed to be fit in, and sometimes what is real and what isn't. The visuals are very amazing with that retro style, the soundtrack makes makes many scenes just more powerful too. Not only that but the themes are very strong and really, really make you TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

This game might just be the definition of off putting, right off the literal gate you can get destroyed by creatures with little signs of how to fight them, you'll die to some of the most disgusting monsters possible, over and over again, this game is keen on beating the player down, but slowly, you'll learn how to defeat an encounter, you'll learn strategies and eventually, with perseverance you'll conquer these dungeons.
This game throws you to the wolfs and expects you to come back whole, I am not that much of an turn based RPG enjoyer but this game quickly grows on you with it's unique and deep setting, this game is truly the best when you focus on the roleplay part of it, and just in general immerse yourself in.
The gameplay is very unique and takes some time to get used to (like everything else on the game lol) but it gets pretty engaging, the art really betters the tone of the game, and the horror really is present as you don't know what you might encounter, and if you'll survive to tell the tale if you do encounter something.
I do think this game isn't without flaws, this game has quite a large amount of bugs, but even then, it doesn't mean it isn't super enjoyable, this game still works very well to build this oppressive and macabre world, that just keeps on providing into your morbid curiosity.
I would definitely recommend this for someone looking to be horrified and lost, where you won't see the end of your descent, deep within the horrors of Fear & Hunger.
May the god of fear and hunger lay rest to your torment.

This is the end, the end of the cycle, Dark Souls 3 really does feel like the end. This game quickly sets the stakes of a dying world, one where hope seems so quickly diminished, if you haven't played the other 2 titles of this series, i would really recommend playing them before this one, this game is built on a foundation that fully uses the other 2 games (Dark souls 1 and 2), and some may complain that this takes away from the experience, and that this game is more of a nostalgia focused piece rather than it's own, but I would like to argue that this game works really hard to keep it's identity and still keep the other games in mind, feeling less like a cheap nostalgic game and more of it's own thing.
Really, but in general this is just more Dark Souls, and the great aspects of the others are still lit in this title, the amazing music, art direction, gameplay, it really feels like Dark Souls but, a little more perfected, this is still a game without failings, but this is just so great it's hard to differ.
If you haven't played any other of the Souls titles, i would say go in knowing you're risking not getting some of the greatest little moments here and there, and if you've played the others... What are you doing? Go play it already!
