Dev's gone off the rails as most people reading this would have already gathered, there seem's to be many reviews saying not to judge the game by the dev, which I can agree with in most cases, however this is a $40 (aud) game. You are directly supporting a toxic, sexist, trans-phobic man if you choose to purchase it, you are giving him your money. If i could refund this I would.

I'll review the actual game as well to stay 'on topic', it was definitely a fun time waster but arguably not worth the asking price for the content it has. My main issue was with balancing for the classes, there's a clear hierarchy in strength, if you put two gladiators of different class with the same stats against each other, the same class will win every time. It feels more like a gimmick than anything else, there's little to no benefit in training different classes to fight with. It doesn't help that the classes have been turned into DLC.

My other issue was with how it ends ur progress the moment u clear the main story mode. It would have been nice to have the option to switch it to endless rather than losing all progress and being kicked straight back into the menu.

Regardless of it's issues I really enjoyed playing Domina though, it sucks that the idea of doing so now makes me feel sick. I honestly hope this game gets deleted from the steam store. It's disgusting that the dev is using it as a platform to speak his incredibly backwards ideals.

I don't understand how the devs made these changes for season 5 and genuinely thought it would be fun to play.

slow paced and its not for everyone, but you get the most hilarious, fun and hectic memories.

gud gam, played a tonne of the beta and was looking forward to the release. I wish the price was a bit cheaper but o well. Hope the Aus player base increases in the next few weeks

The keyboard and mouse controls are pretty annoying when playing Blade or Smash, other than that and the mountain of bugs (which will most likely be fixed on release), the game is very fun and I see a lot of potential in it. Will definitely be buying it asap, as long as the price isn't stupidly high anyway.
