Game was amazing...that OB64 happenned....the developers sold themselves to chinese market and changed the whole game into clash royale....in a bad way,

A very fun casual game with a decent ammount of depth...its loot-driven with some grind...but you dont really need to grind anything...game is enjoyable at every point...a few different game modes...you can attack other bases or get attacked by CPU or real people (while offline)

my favorite part is that you cant really lose or get buildings damaged or something...you can lose veterans which are units that survive for a long time during the attack battles (so easy to replenish....if you want them for defense...unneccesarry for offense)

My favorite part is exactly that...you are always progressing and dont really lose anything...its not p2w since you basically fight AI...and the common cards that you get 3 off after every battle are usually the best cards anyway 8for when you want some help beating harder opponents)

overall very enjoyable...my main gripe is that we cant skip some daily missions....which means you are stuck without getting a new mission at some point when you cant complete a mission...

other than that...good casual fun with a fair it of depth and the speed of your progress is actually dependant on how good you are at managing your resources

Its decent for what it is.

then stopped developing the game on PC and made a console port with the money they scammed from us PC players

There were DLC purchases that supposedly included 4 characters on open beta and 4 on release

game never gets released...

It is closing next month without ever going out of beta

This was the one game i got most into, It has a great idea behind it and the gameplay is really fun, so is the tournaments system. Sadly as many have stated, the game has gone full pay2win since the playerbase was always very low (lack of advertising and not casual enough so people quit quickly). Granted it is free to try but tremendously pay2win. I actually would suggest people to try it, heck i wuould suggest some future game developers to try it and maybe make a game based on it.

Basically game is one of a kind, the gameplay and the tournaments system is great, but yes, the biggest issue is balance (pay2win in extreme ways, to the point you need to psend over 1000 euros to be ALMOST equal in terms of gear to biggest spenders). That is what broke the game (but hey it was bonud to happen)

The crafting system is crap and always was, too many useless materials and too many super rare ones make crafting a pain and useless. You owuld expect better stuff when you are high level but that only means you can equip better gear, now weapons and mods and clothes and other stuff thats permanent (or almost permanent as it lasts forever) is okay (though ofcourse lottery items break the balance). But then you have consumables that go super-quick and dont last long, it gets to the point where boosts (basicaly medicine and perks) and ammo gets consumed every game when you uase them once or million times that game and are so rare that free players at lv50 use lv15 or lv30 ones, some who might have premium may use lv40 which is expensive but acquirable, but lv50 noes are not, only the big spenders (or those supported by other big spenders) can aford, ofcuorse you have a whole new tier of pay2win in form of lottery (1 guaranteed lottery item costs about 200 euros if i recall correctly) where you have clothes (armor), weapons, and nowadays people started even buying ammo and boosts and devs went so far to even release higher level abilities(skills) from lottery.

Game is truly dead, but looking into it isnt a bad idea, gameplay is really fun and actually having a lower level char for lower tournament divisions can be fun. the PvP is dead though. Pretty much always was and theres no balance, but at lv20 tournament can be fun (assuming theres a team that you can find), or better yet at lv21-39 (preffferably at least lv35) may have fun in div2.

Honestly I d say try it, play as long as it fun, then remember it. Amazing game sadly broken by lack of funding, advertisement and lack of accessability (unfriendly to casual brainless players).

I d say its worth it, the ocmmunity is nowhere near as bad as in other games and there are many cool folks in there.

I reccomend trying, but not getting into wasting money

Only Valve manages to make a PURE free2play game. What does the best MOBA of all time (DOTA2) and best arcade FPS (TF2) have in common:

-Valve AKA the best company in the gaming industry
-Amazing gameplay
-PURE free2win (You can acquire every gamechanging item EASILY [in TF2, dota only has cosmetics], the moneymakers are cosmetics which do absolutely NOTHING and even f2p players can acquire many
-gameplay is fun and rewarding in completely different sense than you would expect: you are eventually gaining items simply by playing online, donig whatever you want AND you acquire items you can TRADE away or even SELL for profit (I bought many steam games by selling TF2 hats)


tl.dr

game is a pure f2p that also has amazingly fun gameplay and drops give you a sense of progress like some RPGs try to. You really cant rage after playing this game. Its easy to pick up, hard to master

Probably the best FPS in terms of gameplay. Sadly Aeria (Publisher) made it somewhat pay2win, nonetheless, it is still an FPS, so skill (gamesense, proper tactics, good aim etc.) does prevail in the end. I prefer this over all CS games. I must point out that new starter weapons are actually usefull and the current spender package is worth buying and makes you pretty much competative already. I wouldnt suggest spending any more on it though, Just hop to capsule shop and eventually get the good weapons for blue tickets, those are competative enough to dominate anyone if you have what it takes.

I still enjoy the game a lot and play it on daily basis, though it has issues with steam so I prefer to run it outside steam as this way it runs more smooth on low-end PCs/laptops (just start it in steamapps/common/AVA folder)
