Summary:
If you dont have the patience to understand the mechanics of the game or how to play it without buying everything in the cash shop, then this game is NOT for you. Literally everything can be obtained F2P, you just dont have to be r*tarded. The cash shop is there for people to buy their way out of a situation if they arent skilled enough or do not have the time to deal with the grind. NONE of the cash shop perks will hinder other F2P players if a WHALE decides to buy everything.

**nProtect is NOT a virus/malicious software. This is an anti-cheat system widely used by MANY mmorpg in asia like MuOnline, CabalOnline and etc.

Pros:
- Act boss mechanics are great. POE + Elden Ring.
- Game is very similar to POE, you CAN choose to buy quality of life stash tabs that help you manage your sh*t. $10 for the most basic and important stash tab...that is all you will ever need.
- Unique "tile" skill tree management
- Prefix/suffix crafting \m/
- The more WHALES buy stuff on the market, the more currency is shared by F2P players that know the economy.

Cons:
- ALL items can be bought with real money...but this wouldnt affect your gameplay unless youre aiming for ranking or comparing DPS.
- Exploring other skills in the late game is not an easy transition...but you have Act 1-10 to explore for FREE before being required to pay gold (ingame farmable currency).
- Resurrection scrolls are an easy way to deal with a boss or a problem...but it would cost real money if you rely on it too much. Get good in the game or pay your way to progress.
- Pet auto loot skill expires...learning the economy will allow a F2P player to sell dailies in exchange for rubies to get the pet skill. 1 day worth of daily for 7 days pet skill is not a bad trade.

Steam should add a KoS(Kill on Sight) product tag specifically for Rust.
