One sunny afternoon, as the golden rays of the sun streamed through his bedroom window, Hareye's best friend, Pingu, walked into his room with boredom in his eyes.
"Hareye, you won't believe what I found..." Pingu said
Hareye sat up in bed, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "What is it, Pingu?"
"It's a childs game called 'Dota 2'..." Pingu replied, practically dead inside. "I heard it's the worst game ever. We should try it."
With a nod, Hareye and Pingu set up the old computer Hareye's father had given him. Pingu expertly downloaded the game, and soon, the screen was filled with a dull gray landscape and wet noodle battles. As they delved into the world of Dota 2, Hareye immediately fell asleep to the monotonous characters, unvaried landscapes, and tedious battles that unfolded before his eyes.
The hours melted away as Hareye and Pingu kept shifting between sleep and wakefulness throughout the game. They dreamed about their blunders, slept through their victories, and strategized together as a team to stay awake. Hareye was awestruck by the sheer repetitiveness of the sport, how every move and decision did not matter, and how dull the enemy competition was.
Hareye felt a rush of emotions wash over him. The exhaustion coursing through his veins, the joy of ending this nightmare, and the camaraderie he had shared with Pingu all welled up inside him. Without thinking, he woke up Pingu, his eyes shining with tears of pure happiness.
Pingu bawled his eyes out from the pain of playing Dota 2. "I knew you'd feel the same way, Hareye. It's not just a childs game; it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, an acid trip. And the best part is, we can uninstall the game right now."
As the two friends continued to uninstall the game, their laughter and cries of joy echoed through the quiet village. Hareye had discovered a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, a world of countless drug addicts, and his heart was filled with amusement as he realized just how horrible of a game Dota 2 was, and how much it had brought him closer to his best friend, Pingu.
