One of the best colony management games you can buy

Visually stunning game but extremely clunky. Factory layout is a good idea but after a while becomes frustrating unless you just copy and paste the same design.

but $30 (AUD) with a shop for skins and a battlepass coming... seems excessive. Could see the game being free to play with a push for skins similar to valorant, fortnite etc.

I REALLY enjoyed the base game when it first came out and would recommend it to anyone that likes the Jurassic universe

HOWEVER for this dlc:
- Completed in 4.4 hours
- Not worth half price let alone full price
- Essentially just adds a pteranodon cage that is difficult to look inside and a raptor cage that you basically dont interact with
- also you cant see any of your dinosaurs being released because you grow them remotely and they just get dropped in with the helicopters which removed half the joy of the game for me not allowing me to see the new monstrosities I grew in the lab being released
- objectives are very easy and boring (e.g. dont let any carnivores escape from their cage with a 2 minute timer where none of your carnivores are even aggravated enough to attack a fence once so you just look at your screen and wait)
- dialogue isnt too good and story line is basic

this would be a good dlc for $5

tl;dr adds little and takes away the fun of the original game

Really weird game. Not at all what i expected from trailer. Random text was not in English in the ui. If you are looking for a factory game similar to satisfactory or factorio this isnt it.

Play on online speed... or else.
