Stardew Valley is Harvest Moon but so much better, with continuous updates and support from the dev.
You can play your style with the latest update, a farm for your style of play, whether it's combat, farming, foraging or fishing! This also added further playability!
The romance system was already great and got further expanded!

The only ♥♥♥ is that a game like this will eventually get boring for a bit, but you'll come back to it. Especially with the promise of further updates!
