Coming from KSP, the controls to this game were very intuitive and it didn't take me long to figure things out. Also having poked around with Balsa model Flight Sim that was the precursor to this game, I'm happy to see how KitHack is coming along.
I know we're still in early development but I've experienced the passion and dedication from this developer before and have full faith that they will, given the time, deliver a good fun product.

Reminds me of the days when Left 4 Dead was in its prime.

I used to be able to recommend this game to friends, and have gotten a fair few of my friends involved in this game over the years. This game can be a lot of fun and lets you share in some fun strategy as a group against a killer (yes I've been a survivor main) but overall I can no longer recommend the game. Since 2023 began It has been ever more prevalent that the developers cater solely to the killers in this game. This year I have watched update after update severely nerfing survivors and buffing killers. This may be in part because the community of killers tend to be louder than anybody else, the equivalent of standing with your ear next to a running jet engine, but when the developers actively choose to please the killer mains with these updates they seem to forget that they're choosing to cater to 1 in every 5 players of this game.

Developer decisions, such as crippling a survivors ability to self-heal and breaking survivor skills such as the recent Spine Chill update, have led me to put this game down for a while. I no longer find enjoyment playing survivor, and I find little enjoyment being able to wipe an entire team with ease as a stock killer with no perks or offerings. If the chances for a survivor improve in future updates, I may update and change this review but until then I cannot recommend this game to anybody.

Fun way to spend time with friends and loved ones, great way to socialize and make new online friends. Unfortunately it has felt like the player base has been dwindling online but there are still some servers that are tons of fun to be a part of.

Enjoying the DLC so far, love the new warfare rebalance that makes you rethink your SE tactics and I'm eagerly looking forward to (hopefully) more weapon variety down the road in future updates. As always I enjoy being able to have another engineer skin to add to the collection and I really enjoy the barriers included in this DLC. One gripe I have with the DLC is the new passage blocks, I love that they finally chose to add more passage blocks but the set feels incomplete, there are certain types of passages that don't exist when they should (like passage corners). Overall I'm liking the new update and DLC, especially for the low price you pay for it.

Highly enjoyable and simple to understand, more friends = more fun! Now that i've been playing for over a year, I've seen how this game gets much love from the dev with regular updates and new content.

Everything included in this DLC does not impact gameplay. It is all aesthetically based and, as far as i can tell, is there to help support the devs. While $6 seems a bit steep, the pack is completely optional. I've loved this game and don't mind supporting the devs. In-game the DLC is fun to play with, it lets you add neat textures that, to me, can really set the mood on my creations. I consider it worth the price but if you're thinking the price is too steep then waiting for a sale is always an option.

This game has made way for some fun stories that I have enjoyed watching over the years, not to mention it sets the groundwork for playing out stories of your very own. This game is constantly being developed which means the dev team is staying active, bringing new content and bug fixes regularly to help shape this game into something amazing!

Update: Game is still being supported as of this review in 2024 and the community is still as alive as ever. This game may have a steep learning curve for the newbies but community in the multiplayer servers has been very helpful and welcoming.

This is such a beautiful story, one of the best I've read/seen in a long time.. I would have never guessed I would find a story on steam that was so rich in philosophy, a story that sparked my mind in a manner like when I studied Plato, Aristotle, or any of the other philosophers of old.
This story is so creatively written that at times I would even be questioning my own views. The past, present, future... all of it up for debate, none of it truly certain.
The past has been set in stone, the present is being written, and the future has yet to be moulded.. and yet we see the questions of a man like Socrates, ancient though he may be, with the burning curiosity that cannot be quenched even to this day.
Who am I? what makes up me? what is my purpose in life? will my name survive the test of time?
...
Lucy brings more to the table than I could have ever imagined. I almost feel as though I cheated the creator(s) of this VN out of money they deserved. $10 is more than reasonable.. and I even got it on sale!
