AMAZING GAME - CA please keep supporting and releasing DLC!

Pharaoh is an amazing game that I genuinely love and I'll keep playing it. Battles are a little slow right now but the upcoming patch will fix that (they're introducing a new mechanic with critical hits which is a TBT Rome I). Watch my playtime go up and the review not change

This game has problems that are very hard to solve, because they cannot simply be patched out or resolved by the addition of future content and DLCs. They are structural issues that were introduced by the poor decision-making of the game's directors, QA teams, external advisors on the GW side, and more. They will never get fixed.

• The shoddy voice acting, with straight up broken English (Zhao Ming's voice actor thinks that the word 'celestial' has an R in it) will never get fixed
  
• The incorrect pronunciation (characters and places are pronounced differently by different VAs) will never get fixed
  
• The awkward reading of lines (some VAs read their lines like unconvincing robots or in odd tones of voice) will never get fixed
  
• The voices are not at all loreful (N'Kari, Keeper of Secrets, Great Unclean One, Bloodthirster, so many more) and it will never get fixed

• Cathay's bizarre regiments half composed of 6-foot-tall female soldiers that use the male skeleton for rigging and thus move like men will never get fixed
  
• Kislev having more bears than horses in standard armies will never get fixed
  
• Kislev having magical ice weapons literally everywhere will never get fixed
  
• Kislev's soldiers being built on the Chaos Warrior skeleton, wearing no clothes despite the frozen environment, and looking more healthy than Swedish bodybuilders despite the lore saying the exact opposite, will never get fixed

...Warhammer III will still remain a game that will fail to satisfy because it will always have problems that cannot get fixed. For that reason, I recommend you avoid this game.

This game accurately simulates my lived experience. I've never found a developer so inclusive and wholesome as Team SNEED.

The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's," therefore, if we change "Sneed" to "Chuck", we get "Chuck's Feed and Seed".

Don't buy this game. No multiplayer, no depth of battles, no realism, no logic to campaign map situations. Not fun.

Astoundingly good game. I've played like 30 hours in the 3 days since it came out.

Sound design - top tier
Graphics - top tier (nvidia)
Campaign mechanics - better than any total war game ever before bar none
Battles - FLANKING IS BACK, BABY!
AI - responsive to your actions in a non-derpy way for once (Relatively speaking at least)
price - overpriced, wait for a sale

tldr - never experienced crashes in any game like this one

In short, the amount of crashes I experienced playing unmodded, factory-made Cyberpunk 2077 with optimized settings for my hardware and video card was higher than anything I have ever experienced for any game with the single exception of heavily modded Fallout 4 (that is, Fallout 4 with 200+ mods downloaded from the Nexus).

I could not believe the negative reviews I read when this game came out, because everyone seemed to be talking about crashes which I had never experienced even in buggier, less optimized games (Skyrim for example, or Fo4). Now, I believe them. The negative hype is very real.

I am getting crashes with no predictability, no conceivably obvious triggers, no warning, no anything, ALL THE TIME. And because of the nature of the save system, I am finding myself sometimes getting locked into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ save state because the crash happened at a terrible time, other times having to replay a ton of content because the crash happened after a huge bossfight where I spent 30 minutes trying to down all the enemies without taking damage. It is so ridiculous that I struggle to describe it.

I WANT TO LIKE THIS GAME. I really do. And so I hesitate to write this negative review because my fear is that being negative could result in the devs abandoning their project altogether, rather than giving it the love and care it needs via proper updates and bugfixing. However, I don't work in the vidya industry, I don't know the minds of these devs, and I can't attempt to change their behavior with my review. All I can do is to advise the rest of you - for now, this buggy piece of ♥♥♥♥ is not worth your time or money. I'll change or delete this review if and when I consider it appropriate to do so. For now, only buy this if you're a crash fetishist.

Download is broken and doesn't work; if you buy now don't expect to be able to play the game.

Otherwise, the pricing is ridiculous. £10 for a DLC that adds so little to the game is really unreasonable and just shows Paradox further squeezing their loyal customers. I'm quite disappointed, but I suppose I shouldn't have hoped in the first place.
