This is the AA life sim game I have been looking for recently. I have been completely hooked since purchase on launch day and at close to 30 h upon this review. While I understand that folks are disappointed that this is not a Stardew Valley / Story of Season clone (it is instead much closer to the Atlier series of games town quest / crafting / dungeon & supply exploration) it is still a very well executed relatively bug free launch game.

I cant wait to unlock even more of the story and progress more

Love this game... just one more factory to build.... and its 2 am...

The concept and art direction of this game are superb. The Controls need a drastic rework, one button for pickup/rotate/place when the bricks snap to is very finicky depending on camera location does not make for a casual laid back adventure and instead fill you with frustration when you try to place a brick and it is not on the nub you though it was. Several un-intuitive puzzles the last stages of the game made for a very frustrating ending. I had to look up a guide to solve the 2 screen puzzle near the very end as there was NOT enough information clearly given as part of the surroundings.
Finally the game is WAY to short. Smaller studio and lower price point there is a ton of opportunity that could be had with this game but 20$ for only ~ 1.5h of game play is a bit steep.

Refund due to poor frame rate & nausea
I want to enjoy the game and the first few hours are enjoyable overall but the game seems to run very poorly on a RTX2070. The capped 30 fps makes the game feel 'chunky' and blocky in its moments and visuals (pixel graphics not withstanding) so much to the point that I thought something was wrong with my graphics card and/or monitor and was getting motion sickness/nausea from playing the game.

For a game that is designed as a Co-Op brawl fest and released on PC, the fact that cross platform play with Xbox Game Pass players on PC is not built in from the start is insane in the modern gaming world. (and game pass players dont have to pay 40-60$ for a buggy, lack of QA release, they will try it for free now and be turned off from it forever due to the poor state it was released in)

Square Enix, Fix you frame rate drop issues

Wonderful art-work, well paced game play loop. Crafting mini-games can be a bit tedious but very fun overall. Love it and hope it does well in the annual steam rewards

I understand that it is a early access release and I already have 1/2 page of feedback/bugs/etc. to provide to Larion so that they can try to make the best game possible. Looking forward to more play time.
