On release the game was a disaster and extremely disapointing.

But now it is the game it should have been on released. It is always great and challenging with large player amounts and some of the maps are brilliant as well.

Depending on your play style, there is a role for you. The most numerous one are rifleman which are very efficent to use. Nothing is better then outshooting a LMG or a Assualt trooper with a bolt action.

Rising Storm is also strongly recommended since you take part in the Pacific theatre one area that has pretty much mostly been ignored by the big dev's. Flame Throwers and Mortar men are incredibly annoying, but due to that using them makes a sense to get rid of them as soon as possible. My fav gun / upgrade on RS is the BAR with the Foregrip as it makes it a incredibly great gun for all ranges.

The Unlock system on both parts is annoying and was not a fan of when first released, but now it is growing on me, due to have most of the stuff for the weapons unlocked now.

Custom Maps are a must play for the game, as nearly all of them are great fun to play and better then the standard ones. Sadly though for maps Apartments (More or less Danzig from RO:OST) and Fallen Fighters appear to be very popular on vote servers, these are the two maps i dislike the most. The latter since it just allows easy camping. For Fallen Fighters try the map Streets of Stalingrad, since it is basicly a better version of it.

I recommend this game strongly. If you are unsure about the play style. Get it when it is on sale, Be prepared to be annoyed to begin with, you will get used to it and take care, since it is not a run and gun game.

You can look at body parts for clues, Also ram into anything and not be wanted.

Also fight with your hat on or off, doesn't matter. If it comes of you just find it and put it back on

Haven't even completed it yet. But with 96hrs into the game it is the best game of the year by far.

I seriously recommend this if you Enjoy Fallout 3/ New Vegas or the Elder Scrolls series.

Its Half Life all i can say.

The begining to one of the best ever Single Player FPS's ever made.

Fantastic as well, many parts better then Fallout 3, but some arn't.

What ever you do don't travel North or directly East when first time in the game, till you get the weapon's and high enough level.

Truely fantastic game. Don't let the looks of it put you off, a truely great 'superhero' game at last.

Also soon the new Arkham City is out

One of the best Single player games i've played since Fallout New Vegas.

I Strongly recommend it.

Troubled to begin with. But is an excellent game on the correct servers, fix one map and release the DLC will be great. Hopefully won't suffer a early Death.

Fantastic Co-op multiplayer game. IMO miles better then L4D & L4D 2 as team work is important and a continued support from Tripwire Interactive.

Mindless Explosions and massive map Must buy & Runs miles better then GTA IV & Episodes
