I think it's a pretty good game.

The new version ruined the game. It runs smooth most of the time but freezes ever so often, nearly always when i scope with the AWP. Besides this i sometimes have problems connecting to matches in the new version, requiring me to restart the game to join. The game even crashed on me once, not allowing me to rejoin and making me get a competitive cooldown.
