game is requiring me to roll back my drivers (wont run for longer than 15-20 mins) presumably because they want to force people to buy the new games. for the record i have a very strong pc that way outdoes the recommended system requirements. whatever microsoft is always shysters, bully for me i guess.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We recently rolled out a Forza Horizon 4 update on Steam to fix a potential client crash that some players were encountering with NVIDIA GPUs. Perhaps this will help in your situation.
