Most folks dont understand that you were ALWAYS able to buy the DLC on Steam if you bought the base game...

!! AMAZING GAME !!
!! BUY IT !!

There's also mods to adjust some stuff you might not like. (not workshop)

Not perfect, but on PC playable with only a single fixable gamebreaking bug in 84h main storyline playtime.
Loved it.
Buy it. Play it. Enjoy it.
