Helldivers II is just an amazing game.

Arrowhead Game Studios has created something really special here. There hasn't been a coop game like this in the last 10 years. I can't even express how much love the developers put into this game. You just have to be part of the community to understand that. It's a real contester for game of the year 2024.


This game allows you to play with up to 3 other players against hordes of Terminids and the Automatons (two factions that are currently in the game). You will be given tasks that you must complete in order to get off the planet. There are 3 types of resources on the planets that you have to loot in order to upgrade your ship (Destroyer). There is a large selection of weapons and stratagems (your abilities) that you can use and there will be more in the future. At the end of each mission you will be granted medals which are used to unlock weapons, armor and equipment. You will also get currency that let you unlock more stratagems. Everything about this game is just pure fun.

In the game there is a currency that you can buy for real money, but it can also be obtained in the game by just looting it on the planets (this currency will let you unlock armor or warbonds (something like battle pass) in the game) and I haven't seen this in gaming industry in a very long time.

This game has a rich community of real players that are friendly, funny and they welcome new players. So don't hesitate to ask questions.

In the end, this game is all about fun and I highly recommend buying it even for a full price. It´s a steal to be honest. As someone who bought it in a higher version ... you don´t need the higher version.

I went into this game with very low expectations, because at first glance the gameplay didn't suit me very well. But as soon as I started playing the game I realized that the writing of each of the characters is incredible. The story and the characters are really pulling the game here, because they are very rich and detailed. Even the combat that didn't suit me wasn't that bad as i thought and was actually very enjoyable after unlocking some abilities for each character. This game is very underrated and if you love MCU Guardians of the Galaxy, you will love this game too. 10/10
