Game of the Year. Can't wait to see it developed further.

Never played a Halo game. Picked this up because it's free and a multiplayer shooter sounded like fun.
If I had known it'd be this good, I would've been willing to spend money to buy multiplayer.

I used to love this game. Cuisine Royale was great. Just dudes running around in undies, bashing each other with pots and pans (and guns). It was an obvious parody of battle royale games, and thats what made it the best.

But then the name changed to CRSED:FOAD and the magic started to be taken away.
I've seen the addition of character classes, hexes, and all that other junk. I was kinda sad to see the core fun go away, but mostly indifferent. Disappointing but still enjoyable

Decided to relaunch it today, only to find out theres now a spawn-in system that lets you choose where you spawn on the map.
People literally just watch where you to go in and spawn kill you with special ability charges from previous matches.
And if you do live, people just are able to join mid-game? I had a friend survive for like 10 mins and the number of players when she got down to 6 players left, it suddenly jumped up to 9.

This game is awful now.

I remember 2017. A wonderful year, full of wonderful games.
Getting Sonic Forces for the Switch was so hype, especially after playing bangers like Mario Odyssey, Breath of the Wild, and Hollow Knight.
A 25th anniversary game?! This will be great!
What an absolute disappointment...
After getting this in a collection for the 30th anniversary, I'm reminded of how horrible it is.
Slippery unpolished controls with a linear set of about 5 maps that just get reused over and over.
The plots an absolute mess and tries way to hard to be edgy without showing anything that would bring about a higher rating (despite past games using guns and featuring cursing (not allowed in Sonic anymore?))
I don't care much for the plot, but I hope the next game fixes its level design and to controls to bring back that carefree, rolling around at the speed of sound, hedgehog.
