Amazing piece of kit. Allows for custom pointers on every application.
Great for games with a hectic UI, or too much clutter where it's often hard to track your mouse.

My only criticism is that it constantly tells your friends you're playing YoloMouse, instead of what you're actually playing - would be fantastic if you could look into this.

Currently 80 hours in and just finished first playthrough on classic (normal) difficulty. Act 1 and 2 are absolutely amazing. The quests flow, each path you take and decision you make feels like it changes the outcome of what is ahead - which I love. The combat is fair for its difficulty level - so long as you don't meta cheese. Completing the majority of content up to the end of act 2 should take a good 40 hours at least for a new player. Act 2 makes this game - everything about it is great!

I felt that in act 3 I was lost for purpose and had very little direction as to which area of the map I should jump into first, which made me feel a bit lost. As we were playing as a duo and the storyline tries to focus on your main character, we often got a little confused as to what was going on - because your directions, aims, views etc are based on your individual lore. This sparked many descusions ie 'should we just kill this guy?'

Act 4 did feel a little rushed/incomplete. There could have easily been 5x the number of quests, as many NPCs just have no purpose and just generic text. The scaling becomes pretty big aproaching the higher levels and any item, ability or combo that seemed a little strong earlier on is now INSANE, which leads to cheesing - there's definately balance issues towards the endgame. Having said that, enemies do hit significantly harder too, which means if you aren't prepared, you will most likely have some thinking to do.

Overall, I would recommend DOS2 for solo or duo play, but my biggest piece of advice is to stay away from guides and the reddit. Learning the game yourself is the most fun part of it - don't spoil it!

PS: we started on tactician (hard) and now we're getting smashed.

Killing mods kills your playerbase. This is now a dead game. Protest with your money.

Early Access Review
Used to be OK, now it's horrible. Another early access failure.
