My true Story about my ban:

all I did at that time was run csgo to check my storage unit and what I actually have in it. I was in offline mode because I didn't have access to the internet. unfortunately, I could not view the inventory (storage) without internet. so I looked at my mobile, where immediately after turning on the csgo game on my laptop, it showed me that I got vac banned.. I don't know why I got it. I have never cheated in csgo. now i don't play csgo anymore because this is my second account with skins that was banned. I have already asked steam and csgo support many times. but it never helped. so if they don't unban me I will never play their game again and I won't put a penny into it. thank you if you read this far. I hate steam support (or valve support in general).
