Ive put about 200 hours into this game at the time of writing this review, and can I just say what a crazy experience it has been. This game seems incredibly simple, you get some items, you fight the boss you go to the next floor and rinse and repeat. So simple. So why have I put nearly 200 hours of my life into this game?

This game provides a challenge that I have seen in so few other games, and it pulls no punches. It goes out of its way to make any run you start ♥♥♥♥♥♥, and it is bound to make you rage, even if you are generally pretty calm with games. over and over again I have played and found myself wanting to go in for another, to get that next mark or to get that new item, because its just intoxicating to want to improve your skills and get that far off goal of dead god on your filesave. Im not sure if ill ever get there, but if I do then it will surely be rewarding.

All in all, buy the game and play it.

Fantastic game! Breaks the boundaries of what story games should be, and uses *very* unique puzzles to keep you enthralled. Also has an amazing NG+, so its replayability is incredible! Highly reccomend everyone gives this little game a shot, its cheap and doesnt take too long to 100%, but its absolutely worth the investment.
