BEST SCRIPTED GAME EVER IN 2024/25

The game has come a long way from its initial release and the developers have a different vision to some parts of the community.


I hope you guys improve with better updates in the future.

A genre that people haven't heard of for a long time was reopened by Konami. The result is satisfying even with too little content and only 2 hours.

Satisfying features such as upgrades. Stage difficulty is also not too difficult like other games but here you are given the freedom to adjust your playing style.

I lost all my sanity in this game.

Throw your money here if you're looking for a game that's not too heavy, relaxing, light, and wants to protect Yoshiro-sama.

Pro :
1. Good mechanics that are simple, fresh, unique and easy to learn for new users.
2. The gameplay is flexible and seems smooth for movement transitions for both Soh, Yoshiro and Villager.
3. Tower Defence is relatively easy to learn and doesn't require a lot of thinking like other Tower Defence games.
4. The flexibility of Tower Defence in this game such as putting your troops anywhere can adjust the gameplay you want to play.
5. Many types of troops and upgrades for each troop model give you a sense of satisfaction to upgrade.
6. Soh as the MC gives a strong impression of a sword warrior to protect the villagers and the world.
7. UI that seems familiar, especially for Monster Hunter players.
8. Enough graphic effects, especially if you are used to playing with the Monster Hunter series under World.
9. The music in this game, especially the drums played, provides an atmosphere of enthusiasm, especially at the beginning of each game you will be given a roar of Japanese spirit drums.
10. Graphics changes that do not require restarting the game.

Cons :
1. Tower Defence that is not like the usual Tower Defence, sometimes in some levels you just need to put troop stacks in front of the Torii gate / around Yoshiro and don't need to think about strategy.
2. Some levels seem to be made to be repetitive because you won't be able to complete all the tasks in a level at the same time.
3. The UI for selecting one of the statuses for Soh, Yoshiro, and Villager seems complicated and time-consuming because we have to scroll one by one.
4. Gameplay that has no changes for our MC (Soh), there are no significant changes to Soh's basic combat, and the MC seems less special in the game.

Conclusion :
This game is a perfect game to fill your spare time or if you want to find a Tower Defense game that is not heavy, light story, easy to learn gameplay, new Tower Defense players, like the time setting of Japan in the past. In addition, the music, and the deepening of some of the characters given in this game are enough to fill the needs of those of you who want to refresh your game.

Not suitable for hardcore players of Tower Defense games especially with the simplification of some elements of Tower Defense and Action. It is also not suitable for those of you players who like to hack and slash or the type that does not need to think and directly attack the enemy.

Kelebihan :
1. Mekanik yang bagus, simpel, segar, unik, dan mudah dipelajari bagi pengguna baru.
2. Gameplay yang luwes dan terkesan smooth untuk transisi gerakan baik bagi Soh, Yoshiro dan juga Villager.
3. Tower Defense yang relatif mudah dipelajari dan tidak harus memikirkan hal yang banyak seperti game Tower Defense lain.
4. Kefleksibelan Tower Defense dalam game ini seperti menaruh pasukanmu dimanapun bisa menyesuaikan gameplay yang ingin kamu mainkan.
5. Banyak tipe pasukan dan upgrade untuk tiap model pasukan memberikanmu kesan puas untuk melakukan upgrade.
6. Soh sebagai MC memberikan kesan kuat kesatria pedang untuk melindungi warga desa dan dunianya.
7. UI yang terkesan familiar terutama bagi player Monster Hunter.
8. Efek grafik yang cukup, apalagi jika anda terbiasa bermain dengan Monster Hunter series dibawah World.
9. Musik di game ini terutama gendang yang dimainkan memberikan suasana semangat, apalagi setiap awal dari permainan kalian akan diberikan deruman gendang semangat khas jepang.
10. Perubahan grafik yang tidak memerlukan restart game.

Kekurangan :
1. Tower Defense yang tidak seperti Tower Defense biasanya, terkadang dalam beberapa level kamu hanya perlu menaruh stak pasukan pada depan gerbang Torii / disekitar Yoshiro dan tidak perlu memikirkan strategi.
2. Beberapa level terkesan dibuat untuk repetitif karena kamu tidak akan bisa menyelesaikan semua tugas yang ada pada satu level pada waktu yang sama.
3. UI untuk pemilihan salah satu status bagi Soh, Yoshiro, dan Villager yang terkesan ribet dan memakan waktu karena kita harus scroll satu satu
4. Gameplay yang tidak ada perubahan bagi MC kita (Soh), tidak ada perubahan signifikan pada basic combat Soh, dan terkesan MC kurang begitu spesial di game.

Kesimpulan :
Game ini adalah permainan yang cocok untuk mengisi waktu luang ataupun jika ingin mencari permainan Tower Defense yang tidak berat, story ringan, gameplay mudah dipelajari, pemain baru Tower Defense, menyukai setting waktu Jepang Masa Lampau. Selain itu musik, dan pendalaman beberapa karakter yang diberikan pada game ini cukup untuk mengisi kebutuhan kalian yang ingin melakukan penyegaran dalam permainan kalian.

Kurang cocok untuk hardcore player dari permainan Tower Defense apalagi dengan simplifikasi beberapa elemen dari Tower Defense dan juga Action. Kurang cocok juga bagi kalian pemain yang suka hack and slash atau tipe yang tidak perlu berpikir dan langsung menyerang musuh.

Smoll Review
I don't know when I bought this game but now I have time to finish it and understand why people consider it a magnum opus.

Pro :
1. The story of this game is very very good and not even owned by the current game released in 2024
2. Very interesting gameplay
3. Memorable and lovable characters
4. Has an interesting storyline and enough time to play the game
5. The AI for the Elizabeth was great event though it was 2024, Elizabeth is still a very intuitive and interesting AI as our companion.

Cons :
1. Some UI Bugs
2. Sometimes you'll see Elizabeth stuck somewhere but this doesn't affect the story because she'll teleport near you. Just a slight annoyance to the game's quality of life
3. Button Mapping ???

Conclusion :
Buy this game if you feel that current games have no soul or don't look attractive despite having good graphics. This game is a very refreshing game if you play it now especially. I like irrational games but not 2K.
