Dogass anticheat and all in all zero effort from Rockstar
Until recently ppl could just see your IP since Rockstar was too lazy to implement even the most basic Proxy functionality. They finally got their lazy asses up and implemented that but they are still too lazy to implement a working anti cheat. It happens in every session after abt an hour: some modder just hacks all the people on the map to some property and drops some bombs from his airplane onto every single one of them. It's just not damn fun and so easy to fix but as I said, 0 love from the devs for this money printing machine
