My GOTY, hands-down.

Really good reverse-horror metroidvania! Suffers SEVERELY from not having a map and I spent a LOT of time backtracking and rebacktracking, especially in the hub area. If it had a map it would be a 10. The controls are great, being a horrible flesh abomination is amazing and the different abilities add to the gameplay in cool ways. Also, I love being able to pick up props and scenery and bludgeon people to death with them.
Good story told minimally from the monster's perspective, which I appreciate, and an ending that feels worthy of a classic horror flick.
9/10, would meat again.

98%ed the game in one weekend, can't wait for the Rig DLC.

A good game with solid, deep combat mechanics but the controls, particularly parkouring, are stiff-- this is especially felt during time sensitive sequences where the game punishes you for failing-- it doesn't feel fun-difficult, just frustrating.
Pressing B to parkour over obstacles as the game suggests, while a cool idea, actually takes longer than just jumping over them because it briefly interrupts your movement to enter the animation. It's a very good game, besides that. The artstyle is very developed and it's interesting to watch this world unfold as the story goes on. Totally worth a play, but hoping they patch the controls up at some point.
edit: god I forgot how weird and zoomed-in the camera is in some places, makes you feel really claustrophobic.

An instant classic, with tight controls, great graphics and a soundtrack full of earworms. Pizza Tower is easy to learn and hard to master with lots of movement tech and time-saving tricks, and has lots of replayability, with achievements, secrets and high scores to chase. It's well worth your hard-earned (pizza) dough.

Like Spore by way of Nintendogs.
