Good combat, and I think SE loves to ham up the visuals past 11, but I'm probably gonna say patting the dog is a good past time as you gotta show the good boy some affection, and doing the side objectives along with the hunts is one way to get your gear up and is a must, kinda think of it like D&D with getting your Attack and Armour up for the higher Combat Rated creatures so you're not at level stuck with lower level gear.

(though the riddles of the hunts are kinda up there and the locations are as on the nose as one of the scout's sense of smell of sniffing their way into danger at times, other times you gonna have to sniff out where you haven't been yet either)

Great game! I'd probably say a 7.5 Chocobo Legs out of 10.
(QTEs are ok'ish, but still pretty good gameplay none the less!)

It's a great game that I would say is a challenge and gets me looking to where I should be going for taking a stealth route, but I am thankful that there is a combat system where you can fight back instead of running and hiding, but i could still do the run and hide tactic to get the hostiles to search for me till they give up. I believe I am half way done with the story, but I do look forward in completing this to give an honest review, but this is my take

The game I would say is great for what it is, and the story so far is interesting. NPC Characters you can interact with are fascinating and interesting, some are quirky and somewhat fun to listen to, while the hostiles are kinda the same from the first game when you try to run, but at least you're more resilient than your Aragami from the first game, which I think is a nice addition to the combat system! So I would throw a stack of 8 out of 10 tokens on this for it was great to play and get my tail handed to me here and there, so I am kinda finding a style to play through it.
So yeah! Quirky characters, great combat and the feel of home stealth from the first game and a great art style as well! Which breathes some fresh air into the franchise.

to this day it is still a great story driven game, and the tips i was given on stream helped out greatly. Might replay this in my own time in the future!
