It's alright I guess.

Gameplay has its moments, but most of the time it's honestly just frustrating. You play 3 hours to have 15 minutes of fun.

Movement, combat and building are a bit janky, early access appropriate.

Graphics, kind of cool in a retro early 2000s way, but I would be lying if I said I prefer this over an actually nice looking game. For looking so simple, the game is bizzarely GPU heavy. For comparison, it runs a bit worse than Satsfactory for me.

Shame what's become of a classic game.

Great movement, great environment, great story.

The game is cute and relaxing. Great way to introduce someone to third person controls and develop some basic game sense. But, to repeat again, there's very little content. The main quest is only like 4 tasks and it kind of feels like an introductory quest from a more "serious" game. There are a few side quests, but they won't keep you occupied for too long either. Even my girlfriend who's not much of a gamer and really takes her time with exploring, started complaining that there's nothing left to do after 6 hours or so.

Movement is not really as polished as I'd hoped it would be, but it's okay.

I would not buy this again for full price, a much fairer deal would be somewhere around 5 - 10€. At that price it's a nice way to spend a lazy afternoon on the couch.

If you loved the Forest you're gonna love this too. This game doesn't change much about the original, just builds upon it - the map is bigger, the construction is more flexible, there's more cannibal types, more items, etc.

A great game absolutely ruined by bugs. When it's running it's very enjoyable, but you'll probably be spending more time trying to get it working than actually playing.

Right out of the gate it uses a launcher. The game itself even recommends a gamepad and then forces you to have a mouse just to start playing. And it's the type of game to play on a couch where you're just using big picture and don't necessarily have a mouse and keyboard ready.

The comes weird scaling issues on anything that's not 1080p. And low framerates in the menu for no reason. And controllers not picking up. And menus that constantly scroll by themselves. I could go on and on.

If they fix the issues, then 100% buy it, but I cannot recommend this to anyone in the condition it is and I seriously doubt there's any work being done.

Pretty good as a racing sim and the story parts are fun too. Not worth full price, but a good buy on sale.
