Wait for the Recode before Purchasing, At it's current state (without the DevKit) Dinosaurs are unbalanced and any good realism servers are dead. I honestly suggest buying this game once the Recode is completed, Before we lost the DevKit the game was awesome due to servers having developers who had access to the DevKit and were able to fix the broken stats and create new dinos, Without it the game is stale and repetitive with Dino's that remain over powered and broken.

With all that said, You should purchase the game, when it has been re-done.
