Game is completely unplayable due to a graphics bug that makes the entire screen bright and flickering. Possibly caused by AMD GPUs.

Sure. I launched the tutorial, and the graphics bug was present unless I put it on Performance. After completing the tutorial and trying to host or join a public server, the graphics bug was present regardless of what setting I had, and no amount of tinkering with settings seemed to fix it.

Hey I have not had this issue as I am using a Nvidea GPU. It's true that this might be a GPU issue, as I can't replicate the issue, can you best explain when the flickering occurs. I will try my best to fix it. Thanks for letting me know about this.
