Terrible Performance, Denuvo and Stupid game design decisions. Wait for a huge deal before buying it.

Can't say much about the game. I'm facing random unexplicable crashes so I'll just wait for a fix I suppose ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edit 1: Managed my first online session.
The game first loaded me into track with a different car model and very very low poly at that, with the wrong camera angle, missing textures on the rear view mirror and no audio.
After I teleported to pits, the game managed to load the correct 3D model for my car and audio, but no dash info whatsoever.
After another teleport to pits, things seemed to be ok, except it eventually crashed again. :(

A MASTERPIECE

Game is great but could be better if their servers actually worked.
Players are mostly hotlappers who don't know how to race alongside other cars.
Technical support is non-existent: I've been facing technical issues for months, trying to get help from their official forums for months, and not a single soul at Kunos seems capable of giving it any attention.

Can't recommend it

Jesus Christ be praised! After 200+ hours (I refused to fast travel) I finished this game and I loved it so much. Great game!

Downsides:
- the force feedback isn't great on my G923 and I can't properly feel beforehand what is happening to the car in some cases, so I can't anticipate a grip loss or something. I can only react to it.
- also, there seems to be a consistent lack of grip all around. It feels like you're driving on ice. I just can't feel the car connected to the tarmac.
- UPDATE: I'm having a really bad time trying to navigate the track and specially the car selection UI. The UI behaviour is inconsistent. To see car specs, sometimes I have to hover the car with the cursors, sometimes I have to give an additional click on the car category. Clicking on the car sometimes select it, sometimes show specs. I can't understand what is the expected behaviour

Upsides:
- the game is being constantly updated and improves are definitely being made. I shall update this review when I see things changing.
- the content variety and price model is great.

I used to play it with a Xbox controller just fine. Game is OK!
Recently I bought a G923 wheel and the FFB support for it is terrible and after following multiple online tutorials and guides on how to improve it, none really did help much.

I´m just uninstalling it

It should be in Alpha, at best.

Fun as ♥♥♥♥ 11/10

Game is fun, specially with friends! But there's a few issues.

Pros:
- Outstanding Soundtrack
- Good graphics
- Superb performance (for its graphical quality)
- Variety of game modes
- Responsive controls

Cons:
- Constant disconnects (specially on PvP)
- Major lack of clear explanation on quests, general activities, crafting, modding, item consumption behavior... it's just terrible.
- Confused and unintuitive experience for new players if they don't have a friend to introduce them to the game content and where-to's.
