Are you one of a kind or one of the many?

Playing CS since 2003 (started with CS 1.5, then CS:GO / CS2 with some longer breaks in between). I'm not as good as i was when i started at CS:GO but some skills never fade.
No Trade / No requests from unknown
- i do not trade anymore
- i ignore all friend request from unknown persons that never wrote me in any way
CS:GO-Tips for beginners / casuals:
:steamthis: Welcome to my profile :steamthis:
if you want to get better instead of flaming or raging,
here are some tips that might help you (from easy to hard):

- play with common sense and towards the objective
(it's a team game after all and just stupidly pushing into enemys won't work out well if you don't get carried. You need to get a feeling when "to push and break through" and when to stay defensive)

- be aware of your surroundings
(it's very important that you can guess position of shots and steps, also it's also very important to have an eye on your minimap. With both in mind, you can guess movement of the enemy or when you lose your cover)

- use grenades
(especially smokes are very important. You can cut off enemy ways, create "one-way" situations
or just slow down the game, so the enemy must take more risks to break through.
But please don't throw random flashs. 1) it's very likely to teamflash someone and 2) a flash is only useful if you act exactly after throwing it. Use it when you push an enemy and want to distract them or when the enemy pushs and you want them to run into you blind)

- don't run and gun
(don't learn the game with SMGs or Autosniper. One of the most important things to learn is that you have to stand still while shooting. CS:GO is mostly a "dance" between strafe, hold, shoot and repeat)

- learn to preaim and peek
(You should always aim towards an guessed enemy position before you go around a corner.
Best case is, that you are exactly on upperbody/head position or that you just have to adjust your aim slightly. Going around a corner and then aim, will always be a huge disadvantage )

additionals:
- don't aim around corners when ducked. Really don't do this, fast peek > sneaky aim
- staying alive is more important than getting fast kills. It's a team game and
you're more usefull alive, even if that means lower kills!
- don't peek many times on the same spot (enemy will guess and wait for this)
- configure your graphicsettings to always have stable high fps(!)
- mind about your mouse sensitivity. Most people play with way to high sensitivity.
Yes it takes time to get used to a slower sens and it's a good advise to adjust it in
very small steps (and give your hand time to get used to a new sens)
For example: i play on 1000dpi x 1.5 (in-game) sens and that is considered high Sens.

As a final sentence: I'm not really good. I was "Supreme Master First Class" (long time ago) but also that is not top class. Don't blame everybody for cheating. Good players can mess with you (and me) easily. The only thing you can do is getting better and accept that fact.
When you die, always ask yourself what you did wrong or how the situation has changed for worse.
Be self-aware and self-critical and you'll get better.
