When I try and play online it says “GTA Online saved data for character 1 has been corrupted.” It asks me to overwrite so I use that option but then quickly prompted with “Rockstar cloud save failed while deleting your character. Please return to Grand theft Auto V and try again later.” I have contacted Rockstar support and answering all their support questions multiple times (steam files verifications, DxDiag, msinfo, speedtests, etc..) but they still don’t have an answer. I have ran addition system checks for corrupted files, virus/spyware cleaners, and tweaks redditors has suggested.
When the game released, I went to online and was able to create a character but once I started the tutorial within seconds the game crashed. Since then I have this character corruption issue and unable to play online. Single player works though.
