I would say this - the PVE in New World plays more like a single player open world exploration with some minimal group content. (Although I've heard the PVP in New World is much more exciting and has some large scale events if you're in to that).
This seems a bit opposite to Bless which appears to have more in-depth character customization and a lot more group content (dungeons, etc).
If you enjoyed Bless, you probably won't find New World satisfying. If you found Bless to be too busy/active and wanted a more chill experience, New World is probably a good fit.
