''Half-Life 2: Episode Three''

Pros:
+ First time u can play as combine
+ Familiar place from previous HL chapters
+ Soundtrack
+ Multiple endings

Cons:
- It's not from Valve so non-canon


I didn't expect too much from this but i was pleasantly surprised.
If u are fan of Hal-Life series give it try.

What @Randy said, canon only matters to RP servers. Valve likes to play fast and loose with the settings and details, the games are more about vibes, and this game does them vibes justice.
This isn't the first mod in which you play as combine, though. Check out Human Error.

Funny thing about Half Life canon. Here's something from the wiki.

The Half-Life series canon has never been officially defined by Valve, and probably never will. Series' writer Marc Laidlaw stated that they do not "get involved in issues of canonicity," that "canon itself is non-canon," and that there is "no official stance," "just the games" as they are.

There's no official canon, so you could consider this canon.

2nd time ur playing as combine since its a sequel
