So the game plays well but there is no audio outside of the vocals and during cutscenes? I'll come back if this gets fixed though.

Okay. I'm gonna give the game credit for not being a bad survival game even in the VERY OBVIOUS Early Access point it is in so I would reccomend it but the main problem I am having is even though I am running the reccomended requirements to run the game I am having plenty of problems with frame rate and lag even on low settings and in single player. I'm still going to give it a thumbs up for being very generous with the looting and bits of AI combat here and there compared to other survival games such as DayZ but I just would love to be able to not have so many issues running it in it's current condition.

Everything in this game just violently screams Cannibal Holocaust and The Descent. It is definitely in early access no doubt but this game is very good looking and plays very well. I have only played alone in single player which I think that adds to the horror. Almost everything in this game wants to kill you, they are always watching you as you go about your everyday tasks of food and supply gathering but once night comes they come back and in larger numbers. The darkness is dark as in I cannot see a single thing in front of me kind of dark and I wouldn't recommend to anyone to go into a cave with just a lighter unless you want to become someone else's lunch. Sanity, Hunger, Sleep and Thirst are almost always an issue you will have to to a lot of scavenging and hunting to stay alive. Other than that it seems to be a solid Open World Survival Horror game and for the price as it is I think it is more than worth it and I can't wait to see what is brought into this come April when the full release hits.

Okay with this game you gotta think of it like Simon Says with a murder mystery plot thrown into it with some choose your own adventure choices. QTE's are a lot of what you get in this hence the Simon Says remark and it can get repetitive but at least it isn't "Press F to pay repescts" kind of things, It is very reaction time based QTE's and can change how the game turn out if you mess up too many times and could even change the ending of the game. Characters change throughout the stories dialogue and there are some very clear influences to the different scenes ranging from Silence of the Lambs to Dragon Ball Z and The Matrix. If you have the time and you want to play something a little bit different albeit dated graphically and unique this is certainly one to check out for the $9.99 price tag.

This game is amazing in comparison to Fallout 3 or Fallout 4. This takes the cake by far and I have had so much more fun playing this game than almost any other RPG. The story is very open and you have almost full freedom to end the game how you choose and the DLC adds not a ton of hours but still fills in plenty of blanks that may be present in the base game. For only $10 for the base game is an absolute steal for this game. The main story is fairly basic, two main factions are fighting for land control and you have the choice to join wither one of the factions or say forget all that and do your own thing and go on multiple adventures and meet a number of companion characters and even Danny Trejo in Ghoul form! The DLC is far better than that of Fallout 4 or Fallout 3 and that's all I will say without going on a rant on the random weird things you can run across in the new unlocked areas. Hardcore mode really kicks it up with Hunger, Sleep, Sickness and Thirst while traveling across the Mojave Desert. The RPG elements are actually present in New Vegas unlike Fallout 4 and add even more depth into the game that helps it break away from just being another Post-Apocalyptic Action game with RPG elements and makes it a legitimate RPG game. Bugs? It's still Fallout so it's got the same typical Bethesda glitches and such so don't be too shocked.
