Truly, SEGA's Infinite Wealth.

Why is there 160$ worth of DLC and why is New Game+ locked behind a 20$ one.

Great game though I do recommend

Outstanding RGG entry, even if much shorter than all of its predecessors. RGG has redeemed themselves after whatever Ishin was.
The Infinite Wealth demo unlocked at the end of the game is also amazing, and helps further my hype towards the full game.

Give this game a shot, it's really neat.

That's where the main and most recent updates are at, and where you can ACTUALLY try what the game has to offer.

After 64 hours into the game on Hard difficulty I can safely say:

- Fix the DLCs being one-time use only. That is unfair and predatory.
- Fix the Minigames and Cutscenes being locked at 30FPS. Most PCs out there are capable of handling such, and it's sad to see in 2023.
- Rebalance the difficulties. They are not exactly what I'd call "fair". Enemies are plus on basically every attack, some can't even be staggered, and some go as far as being so unrelenting they will hit you as soon as a fight scene starts without giving you a chance to react.
- Rebalance styles. Swordsman plays horribly, and I avoid the style like the plague because of how minus it is. You get animation locked on so many moves, because apparently the move speeds up, but the actual mechanic of it isn't, so you're stuck sitting there taking all the hits. Plus, either I'm doing it wrong, or Wild Dancer's quickstep avoids probably like only half the attacks.
- Rebalance smithing. Sure, it's meant to be grindy, but when I'm actively avoiding a whole mechanic of the game because it's just that bad to get a hold of? Then something's probably wrong. I would rather run a dungeon 30 times and hope I drop a better weapon, than use the blacksmith. (I avoided doing such by simply going through the story, no spoilers.)

I would die for this company but, with how this game is shaping up to be I can't, in good conscience, recommend it to my friends and tell them "Sure, you'll have fun, trust me."
I understand wanting to use a different engine and be experimental with it, and I appreciate how you guys have translated basically almost the entire Dragon Engine 1:1, but I'm sad to say it doesn't work. I hope you guys aren't working on having Gaiden and 8 use Unreal Engine too, and if you are, fix these issues while you're ahead. Please, act while you're ahead and do better.

If I have any more issues, I will edit this in the future.

Roguelike Furry Borderlands

Is nice

One of THE best games I've played in a while, and a very satisfactory one at that.

One hell of a fun time, difficult but fun. Main Story longer than most 3A games out there.

Neat "new type" of Rhythm game, a refresher after playing only osu for god knows how long.
