yeah they fixed bots, at least for now. good fun game, yea. wish heavy update would come out.

At the time of writing this review, I have made it past the first area of the game on Grandmaster (Beat the original game multiple times on the hardest difficulty, so I jumped straight into the deep end for my first playthrough here), and I have to say that I have nothing but praise for the game. Everything about it feels like an upgrade to Fallen Order, the moves feel punchier, the game is a titch harder with tighter parrying times, and everything just feels BETTER. Its all expanded, its all bigger, and its better for it. The story writing is thus far, as tight as ever- has excellent parallels with the first game, and is an OUTSTANDING experience from gameplay, atmosphere, and overall vibes.

HOWEVER. The game runs like doggydoodoo. Is it enough to make this review a negative? Hell no. I spent 90 dollars on a pre-order and one hour in, I am fully happy with the purchase. However, its Respawn, its the modern gaming landscape. The game will be patched, it will run better- and if it isn't done officially, mods will be made to improve the performance. Of course, Respawn is an outstanding dev and will no doubt do it themselves.

The game is playable at largely any system. Wanna know how I know? My PC runs on 16gbs of RAM, a 1050 Nvidia GPU, and a Ryzen 3 CPU. All but the memory is under-spec, and my PC manages it at a consistent 20-30 frames with areas of slowing while rendering, Is it unpleasant? Yes. Is it still playable and enjoyable to the point where I can beat the first major section of the game? Yes.

Overall verdict: Wait until the game has better performance, as it most certainly will- either by Respawn improving the game as they are known to do, or by the community mods. Whichever comes first, as beyond that; it is a wonderful experience ((thus far)) well worth your money.
