While Mafia 3 does not feature as strong and compelling a story as its predecessors, and keeping in mind the game is structured in a way that the majority of your activities will feel very repetitive, it is still a fun experience. The gunplay is solid and improves massively once you start unlocking combat perks, the driving features heavy physics and just makes sense, and the worldbuilding and atmosphere are top-notch.

Also, the cinematics feature some of the most memorable performances I can recall in a long time, as far as story-driven action games are concerned.

A respectable 7.5/10 game that does not scream about being the best, but is worth a shot. New Bordeaux awaits!

This game plays like a simplistic twin-stick, top-down shooter, but boy oh boy does it do the cyberpunk aesthetic better than CP2077 ever could. The music is sublime, the environment design is top-notch, and the entire package is a feast for the eyes packed with bombastic action.

There are some bugs here and there, and random crashes can occur (they haven't plagued me yet, but my best friend has had 2 of them in 5 hours of coop gameplay). If you can snag it on sale, just do it.

Purge the unclean.
Destroy the mutant, the heretic, the alien.

THE EMPEROR PROTECTS!

It doesn't have any sort of amazing open world or deeply engaging mechanics until you reach the endgame phase, but this WH40K-themed dungeon crawler will let you purge heretics in a very entertaining way and will provide many hours of fun.

10/10 recommended for WH40K believers in the faith.
