I like the game. There are a few fatal bugs that keep happening to me, which is frusterating, but overall it is a fun game. Theres combat, unlockables, farming. And, its free.

I really enjoy this game. I didnt even realize 3 hours had passed, as I was so entralled. It is fun, it is balanced, and i like how you can customize your loadout to your playstyle. The Narrator is my favourite. I love his voice and his quirks. "He attacks all the stabby plants like it is going to reward him to defeat them all". I really like this game.

It is kind of a cheap rip off of ARK. They did add neat new things like dragons, fae, and stuff, but I find it to be kind of boring. Servers dont really work, and i find it to be a more boring version of ark.

They really cheaped out with the creatures, being that all the creatures are the same colour (all pteradons are blue), so there is no variety.

Its a good game, I just dont think its a $20 good game

This game is HARD. I thought that it maybe wasn't THAT bad, but it is. It is a huge challenge, but it is fun (when you dont rage quit)

I really like this game. Its simple, its to the point, and it is addictive. It takes a bit to get used to, and my 5th playthough seemed to be the one that I took over the world.

The Drumpf fight is absolutely hilarous. The boss names are pretty witty, too, and i love a good pun.

Keplerth: Starvation Simulator!

This game is fun. It is really cute, and I like the fact that it has cute chickens, cows, sheep and pigs for you to corral and breed. There are a ton of different races to choose from, each with a special ability, and I super dig the fact that I can be a teal mummy with a blue mowhawk. It lets me express my inner self.

However, this game has a long way to go. It is basically a starvation simulator, where you are stuck spending a TON of time finding scarce food, which only improves your food levels by like 1-5 points. But the drain is SO fast. Another annyoing point is the fact that nights take FOREVER, and you basically stand around because the torches don't do a whole lot to light your way.

Overall: still a better farming game than Light of Hope, and I like it. It is $15 fun, not $40 fun.

So i have updated this review easily 5x now...

First of all: ignore the idiots who say it is a rip off of SDV. Its completely different, and other than them both being farming-ish games, they aren't at all alike. The combat, the mining, the art style. all of it is different.

I am addicted. I can't stop playing. I don't even know what the sun looks like anymore, and there is a people sized imprint in my bed. I haven't put on a bra in a week. Some things take a bit of figuring out, but for the most part, it is really great. I certainly enjoy it more than i did Light of Hope, and now even more than I did Stardew Valley. This game seems to just keep getting better and better, and seems to do everything right.

The Dev is honestly one of the most hands on I have seen (tied with Hudell of course). He (assuming his gender, sorry) provides help, spoilers, and confrimation on things. And, listens to feedback and makes appropriate changes. 10/10, would play another game of his.

Pros:
-Character customization, with bonus points for letting me have blue hair
-you can be straight,gay, or even bisexual!
-ACTUAL farming game, you can grow crops, have animals, etc.
-someone actually said a swear word!
-the dev is SUPER active
-i love the characters/towns folk. They're all so different, despite being a few pixels.
-Chicks explode. It gave me some sad, long winded thing about life and death and bla bla bla, and when i went to where my chickens were in their fence, there was nothing but a corpse. It was awesome. RIP Chick.
-Mining is really neat. There is a different RG floor each time you access a ladder, and it becomes quite a cool puzzle.
-A bunch of REALLY cool secrets and bosses, as well as a couple puzzles to complete.

♥♥♥♥:
-The story doesn't progress unless you make friends with everyone, which sucks if you hate people-ing. But the NPC's are all really cool.
-The stamina depeletion is really fast, and if you overexert yourself, you suffer -50% stamina the next day. 50% is excessive.

Overall, i love it and can't wait to see more of the game. A bunch of the community is working together to make a spreadsheet/wiki thing to help eachother out. Great community.

Update: I killed a man... This game gets DARK.

To be honest, i didn't much like this game. It can get a bit grindy, and a lot of time is spent waiting for things to craft. The farming aspect is pretty much non-existant, and it can sometimes get kind of monotonous.

That being said, i really secretly am growing to adore it. If you can take out the "farming sim" want out of the game, it is a really great game. It took me 30ish hours to complete the story quest and all the sub quests people had (not including commerce), and i haven't even finished year 1 in game. The characters are really cute, Aadit has stolen my heart (even if he sometimes tells me to try harder with gifts, ungrateful ♥♥♥♥).

I had thought i had finished the quests, as none were popping up, and then a robot fell from the sky, and a whole new quest line popped up. Again, thought i was done, and another quest came along after a few days. (go to the town meetings, theyre actually important!).

All in all, I definately think that it is worth the buy. I look forward to more of the quests and updates coming out. Overall, it is a really solid game

I bought this game to play with my mom because I grew up playing Myst with her. Unfortunately, this game is nothing like Myst. You spend about the first 30 minutes of the game running around aimlessly without a purpose until you find the place you need to go, then spend another 15 minutes wandering around more until you even get to the first puzzle. The point and click moves about an inch at a time, and is impossible to get anywhere with. It is basically a sandbox walking sim with a person talking at you, then you have to find the holograms to talk to you some more.

I like it, overall. I wish that they would have used different characters rather than copying every character completely from Skytree, but otherwise it is ok.

There is some boring grindy parts, and the tutorial takes FOREVER. And if you don't pay attention to dialog, you can get stuck in a spot for hours.

I am excited about the crop mutations and figuring those out, and I like the fact that you can go back to the mine in increments of 6 (6, 11...) so you don't have to start at 1 every time.

It is a tad bit hard to get your items upgraded, though, and getting your house upgraded is REALLY tough.

Overall, feels like a HM game.

Edit: May 29, 2018:

The gameplay lasts about 20 hours. I finished Fall Y1, and even then I could have ended earlier due to a misstyped quest request.

Now, it is boring. Has been for months. There is nothing left to do except the same old grind day in and day out. I could have spent 3x the price on my switch and gotten DLC and multiplayer, but us poor PC players just the shaft and no DLC. SO disappointed
