Relax en stabiel in je zadel zitten met het gevoel dat jij en je paard elkaars gedachten kunnen lezen. Daar gaat deze lesdag over. Wat we allemaal in ons grondwerk geleerd hebben, gaan we nu toepassen in het zadel.

Je leert je paard relax en rustig te blijven onder het zadel.

We gaan dieper in wat onze lichaamshouding, emoties en denkwijze als invloed kunnen hebben op ons paard. Het kleinste tikkeltje spanning, angst, onzekerheid, frustratie, boosheid, ... kunnen zij aanvoelen en gaan hier dan ook onmiddellijk op reageren.

Ga bewuster worden van je lichaam, lichaamshouding en welke invloed dit heeft op je paard.
Dankzij een aantal oefeningen ga je dit duidelijk voelen en hiermee bewust leren omgaan. Je gaat ervoor zorgen dat de communicatie tussen jou en je paard op een iets hoger niveau komt te zitten, dat er duidelijke communicatie is. Vanuit deze connectie kan je echt leuke dingen gaan doen!

Dit wordt grotendeels gedaan in het zadel.
