No I'm not a main killer, i play both.
Because to understand how survivors loop, you have to play survivor and vice verso for killers...

Honestly, it's logical and super simple to understand. Even losing thousand of brain cells playing this damn game, I managed to figure this out (after around 200h, I have now 600-700h)
