I have bought Resident Evil 5 on at least 5 separate occasions so I think that is sign enough for how much I adore this game. I will admit that, while it's a very good game in my opinion, it is not a good Resident Evil game, if that makes sense. It is more geared towards a cooperative thirdperson action shooter than the previous iterations which were more like thirdperson survival horror with action gameplay. If it is your first time playing, I would highly recommend you use a controller unless you are used to tank controls, if not than it may be a bit jarring your first few hours trying to get used to the controls.
Also I highly recommend playing with a friend, Sheva's AI can be pretty stupid and clunky at times. Although credit where credit is due, she rarely fails QTEs. The online is mostly dead as well so achievement hunting is all but impossible, if you're that desperate I'd just use Steam Achievement Manager. Also if you're on Windows 10 you'll probably need to download a mod to get the game properly working.

After all that though you are in for a fun game and some sick boulder punching.

While it is a very old game, and not as graphically stunning as some games that came out around the same time, Nosferatu: The Wrath of Malachi is a very good game. While it may not necessarily be scary the game itself is very good at building up tension especially in the first hour of the game. It may take a little bit to figure out what the actual objective of the game is but once you start to understand the game mechanics you will find a very enjoyable experience.
However, and I cannot stress this enough, if you absolutely cannot stand escort missions do NOT play this game as the main mechanic is escorting your family to safety while defending them from the various ghouls, devils, and vampires inside the castle.

The game can also be a bit of a labyrinth especially early on when you're trying to figure out the layout of the castle but personally I didn't find it to be too difficult to memorize everything after awhile.
Also make sure to save frequently unless you don't mind restarting your game or loading back to a previous save from awhile ago. Also keep in mind that this game has a few glitches, there were several times my character died for no reason as I went through a doorway and occasionally I've taken fall damage while running down stairs or even from running up the stairs.

An absolute classic! Very short and simple but still a blast! I remember playing this back on shockwave.com and what a absolute nostalgia trip I had playing through it again. When I bought it on steam I also got some DLC with it which for the last 16 years I did not even know existed. Now that I've played through them I can say, while they are nice for putting in an extra hour or so gameplay they're not entirely needed. Although if you are going to buy one of them I'd definitely go for the DLC that includes extra monsters as only one of them actually has two extra monsters.
The game is dirt cheap as well so you dont necessarily need to wait for a discount but if you're that worried, then sure you can get wait for the seasonal discounts as always.

Alien Shooter would eventually go on to sprout a sequel and also a engine remaster. Personally I haven't played the sequel so I have no idea how that game plays out, I would avoid the engine remastered game as it is more expensive for nothing more than what you already get here just with a slight graphical upgrade.

Despite this game coming out many years ago it still holds up pretty well, some of the animations are a little bit stiff and I did run into a glitch or two during my run but nothing game breaking or even really bad, they just made me laugh. I should mention though that as far as I can tell you cannot change the key bindings so it can be a bit jarring the first time you play, and if you dont play on a qwerty keyboard it's probably impossible to play. So if you're wondering about grabbing this game because you already played its sequels and wanna give the original a try, the answer is an absolute positive.

A fantastic game. For anybody into FPS games this is a must buy. A very lengthy campaign that leaves you feeling like a human bulldozer and a brutally awesome multiplayer. I played this game with at least 600 hours on Xbox and I'm so glad to be able to play through it properly on PC.
This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 10/10 in my books and it goes down as easily within one of my top 5 games of all time.

It really isn't a surprise Machine For Pigs wasn't taken so well by fans of Frictional Games' Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Whereas the first game envoked a very creepy atmosphere and with well thought out map design and puzzles, with an interesting story. AMFP just isn't any of those things. 90% of the game is wandering around aimlessly until you accidentally come across to the solutions to puzzles with frequent audio induced jumpscares. The enemy AI is beyond retarded and the main antagonist has about the least surprising plot twist ever. There really is no point in playing this game unless you want to unlock easy achievements since most if not all of them are unlocked on your first playthrough.

Carrion is a great reverse-horror puzzle game. Although the game lacks a map which makes traversing across the various areas difficult, the game is otherwise fantastic. However, I'd wait for a discount price before you buy because the game is incredibly short. I finished it within 4 hours.

While most others would say Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee is a bad game I disagree. This game is fabulous and I'm pretty sure it was the first game I ever played when it game out for the original xbox. However steam's version has a few problems. They removed certain sounds from the game and replaced them with sound bits from the HD remaster, which on its own is fine if the HD remaster didnt mess with other elements of the game. The music is messed up so in certain missions the upbeat music doesn't play when your allies are following as it should. Instead you're stuck with the ambient music. These aren't big issues but when you notice them it can irritate you. My advice is to just get the orginal version of the game on Xbox. If you can't do that then I'd sugguest this version.

A must play for anyone looking for an enjoyable first-person survival horror experience! Although the game may have been spoiled by a tsunami of mediocre youtubers, it is definitely a great game. If you're lucky enough not to have the ending spoiled as well, you will find a very satisfying albeit messed up experience. Enjoy.

Rust can be good experience if you have friends you can play with. Otherwise I wouldnt recommend this game at all. Single player is essentially a waste of time and trying to start teams with randoms is basically impossible. Servers that are mostly empty are boring as you rarely find other players, most of which have all the equipment they need to wipe everyone else with, and servers with lots of players are far too laggy with constant framerate drops.
