Game devs are literally on par with Rockstar, will not ban or remove hackers that hack the scoreboards with impossible times, BUT the moment you mess with the economy, permaban. They shut the damn auction house down for a week because people were exploiting it. Then they proceeded to ban everyone who used this exploit even though they werent actually hacking.

Some of these exploits were released with the game, no external hacks required and they banned people for using the exploits that were ALREADY IN THE GAME! But actual hackers dont get any repercussions at all.

I have been banned for no reason, the message I received does not even state why I have received a ban and better yet the support team refuse to help even though I have screenshots of everything, the Forza website even states I have no bans and no ban history at all. I have played this game completely clean since release. What a way to treat loyal players.

The Crew 2 is a great arcade racer game to waste tonnes of hours in. I continually play it just to chill out. The amount of races there are plus the variety in events is enough to keep you going. My main concern on this though is the game is more focused on certain elements and certain activities.

The game is too focused on street racing, not that this is a huge issue, the amount of content put into other catergories such as drifting or rally racing, etc, is so small. I get that you can finish all races but that doesnt mean you're done. You have to grind like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to get the best gear which is what keeps me playing. Maybe more content in those areas would be good.

Here is where money hungry Ubisoft come in, CC (premium currency) is only earned through the season pass, how do you get the season pass you ask? Oh yea you have to pay for that, it's dirt cheap if you play your cards right with the 50k you get from starting the game. You need 80k to buy the base season pass. I spent $7 as that is nothing but here's the thing, the season pass at max rank (50) does not give you enough CC to buy the next season, so again you have to fork out more real life money to buy the pass. Again there is no way to earn CC in game apart from $$

The exploration is great, you get the entire USA to explore just scaled down so it doesnt destroy your computer. Some areas are a bit how you going in terms of appearance. Some race tracks are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ butchered BUT it is the entire USA they had to model the game after so you're forgiven on that front.

Leveling is piss easy, just time consuming. Leveling is based around how many fans you acquire doing certain events, activities or just driving in free roam. I'm something like level 325 and I still havent done some events, I havent even completed all the street races, that's how insane it is.

Multiplayer PvP is one of if not the worst I've seen in a game. For starters every race you join your car that you use is automatically ranked to it's max potential. This means you can be level 10 and buy the Lamborghini Huracan and automatically be top of the PvP street racing because it's the only car people use for street racing, hyper car PvP I can't comment on as I have only ever got into a match of that once. Don't even bother using any other vehicle. Upgrading your vehicle does nothing for PvP as mentioned previously. Oh the amount of speed hacking is insane, most races you join, as soon as you start some ♥♥♥♥ has already pinged of every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wall and gone full ludacris speed despite you owning the same car and won the race faster than you can pull yourself off. Did I mention that you get no rewards in PvP. None, you don't get anything but a rank and even then that rank is meaningless, you dont get anything. SO my advice, stay way from PvP, it's ♥♥♥♥.

I can recommend this game if you wish to just pass time or want a fun arcade racer to play, in no way does it resemble a simulator, it's fun. The amount of vehicles in game is quite large, the sounds of certain vehicles can be a conversation starter, some are just like the real thing whereas others (such as anything with the name "turbo" in it) are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ atrocious and do not sound anything like the real life counterpart. AI is well, dumber than that blonde chick who thinks a hand job is some sort of modeling gig.

My final outcome, 6.5/10 needs attention which I know it won't get considering its age and the developers behind it. I do recommend.

Carrion was a game on my watch list for a while. I always wanted the roles to be reversed where I'm the human eating monster. This game does not disappoint. Gameplay is smooth very responsive. The 2D pixel look really fits this game's aesthetic. Pair that with the Metroidvania style and you have a decent yet complicated game.

Whilst being short, the game's primary focus is mainly on the puzzles and there are a lot of them. That and the fact that you never know where you are going. I had to watch an online clip just to get out of one area because I was stuck there going in endless laps for about 30 minutes. That's the downside for me. Most of the gameplay is spent aimlessly walking around like a headless chicken trying to figure out which KFC you're in.

The game in my opinion focused too much on puzzles and endless mazes that it really dried out the combat. The combat felt like it could have been utilized a lot more. It is however satisfying to stalk your victim before flailing them around like some child's toy before devouring them.

In short. If you like Metroidvania, puzzles, headless chicken exploration and 2D games. No doubt this is for you.

If you aren't inclined to spend 100+ hours dying over and over before you learn the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ combat system. Don't even bother getting the game.
